A brief history of Aquamaster
Aquamaster, also styled Aqua Master, traces its origins to 1999 and a family of diamond jewellers, according to the company’s published history. Its watches became known for bold designs and diamond-set detailing, bringing jewellery styling to everyday timepieces.
In 2006, New York retailer IcedTime announced an online distribution partnership with Aqua Master, reflecting the brand’s place in the diamond-watch fashion of the period. That decorative character makes attention to case finishes, bracelets and stone settings an important part of assessing a repair.

Standard Battery & Reseal starts from £29.95 and watch servicing from £75. Premium Battery & Reseal and Mini Service are quoted after a free assessment. Can you replace my Aquamaster battery while I wait?
Many straightforward battery replacements can be completed in around one hour at our London branches. We check the watch first and confirm the turnaround. Movement faults, damaged seals or parts orders can take longer.
What if a new battery does not get my watch working?
We investigate the fault and assess the movement. Servicing starts from £75, with the final quote depending on the movement, condition and work needed. We explain whether repair or a suitable movement replacement is the better option before proceeding.
Can you clean or polish a diamond-set Aquamaster watch?
We inspect the stone settings, plating and original finish before recommending a method. Cleaning starts from £10 and polishing from £50 for suitable, uncoated stainless steel. Stone-set, plated and coated areas need particular care, and not every watch is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning or polishing.
Can you replace Aquamaster glass?
Glass replacement starts from £29.95. We check the size, shape and specification, along with the case and any decorative bezel, before confirming a suitable replacement and price. Specialist shapes and materials may cost more.
Can you fit a new strap or adjust the bracelet?
Bracelet link adjustment starts from £9.95, using compatible fittings. Strap prices depend on the material, width, clasp and fittings required. We check suitable options for your model; damaged pins, clasps and other bracelet repairs are quoted after inspection.
Will the watch be water-resistant after a repair?
We check the model’s stated rating, case, crown and seals, then carry out appropriate resealing and pressure testing. Testing does not increase the original rating. The Aquamaster name alone does not establish suitability for swimming or diving; we explain the test result and any limitations.
Can I post my Aquamaster watch to you?
Yes. Send your securely packed watch to Ross Watch Repairs, Unit 4B, Cabot Place Shopping Centre, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QT using Royal Mail Special Delivery, with cover appropriate to its value. Include your name, phone number, email, return address and the fault or work required. Repairs under £50, assessments and warranty returns carry a £15 postal charge.
Do I need an appointment, and when do I pay?
No appointment is needed at The Shard or Canary Wharf. Start with a free assessment, approve the quote and pay on completion. We confirm the expected turnaround before starting and let you know if parts availability affects it.
What guarantee comes with the repair?
Standard Battery & Reseal includes a 12-month guarantee, Premium Battery & Reseal includes 24 months, and Mini Service includes 36 months. Cover for servicing and other repairs is confirmed with your quote. Ross Watch Repairs is an independent repair service, and suitable parts are assessed for each watch.
